A group of homes is rapidly being constructed at the Bedford Landing development in Fort Langley, on the former McDonald Cedar mill site. The homes will be finished and opened as show homes, to let potential buyers see what is planned for the development. There has already been significant buyer interest in the project, even though sales have not officially started. The development by Parklane Homes has attracted a lot of interest. As of May, there were already 2,000 potential buyers on a waiting list. A total of 378 housing units will be built on the property.
