More lots for Willoughby
A subdivision proposal for seven lots at 7164 196B St. will go to a public hearing.
On Monday, Langley Township council gave first and second reading to a bylaw to rezone 1.11 acres to residential compact lot to facilitate the subdivision, which meets the density requirements of the Routley Neighbourhood Plan and the Willoughby Community Plan.
A planning department report to council indicates that the applicant, West Coast Industries Ltd., proposes to provide a community amenity (playground equipment) with a future school/neighbourhood park at 198A Street and 70 Avenue, to meet the bonus density requirements.
